Google Assistant gets more features, to be available on 100M devices
It seems like Google have announcements
in abundance these days. It has already announced Google Assistant for iOS
with access to limited features only. However, the company never fails to amaze its Android users with surprises.
Google brings out the amazingly cool stuff for its users to do with the Assistant. By the end of this summer, the Google Assistant will be able to detect and respond in French, German, Portuguese and Japanese. Also, by the end of this year, the languages will be increased to Italian, Spanish and Korean. That's not all, it will also assist you with shopping and ordering food. All you have to do is just do a normal conversation with it just like Google Home and order, select the type of payment from your saved wallet and at last authenticate with your fingerprint.
Moreover, talking to Assistant and do your tasks is not important. You can also just type out your commands or whatever questions you have to Google Assistant. When you type something, Assistant will also keep it quiet.
The company states that the update will be received by over 100 million devices. This number represents the active phones with an assistant and the company is sure that they'll definitely grow by the end of this year.
