3D renders of upcoming Nokia 9, which is anticipated as the true flagship of 2017 from Nokia, have been leaked again. The renders were posted by OnLeaks and Compareraja. Nokia 9 has been in the rumor mill for quite some time, check out the earlier leaks here. Newly leaked renders offer a closer look at the design and features of the phone.
From the renders, it is clear that Nokia 9 may feature curved displays just like Samsung flagships, which indeed reduces the size of side bezels to a mere zero. The top and bottom bezels are also expected to be thinner than usual. The smartphone sports a curved glass back panel housing a vertically aligned dual camera setup. Resolution of the sensors are not known as of now, but they are more likely to feature Carl Zeiss optics. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the back, below the dual camera setup.
The metallic frame, which blends seamlessly with front and back glass panels, houses the antennas, SIM tray, and buttons. The power button and volume rockers are placed on the right side, while the SIM tray resides at the left. A USB Type-C port, speaker unit, and main microphone can be spotted at the bottom. According to OnLeaks, the phone might measure 140.9 x 72.9 x 7.5mm.
We cannot see any signs of the 3.5mm headphone jack in leaked renders. It looks like Nokia would probably ditch the headphone jack just like most of the other manufacturers.
According to previous leaks, Nokia 9 is expected to come with a 5.5-inch QHD (1440x2560) display, powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB/8GB of RAM, 128GB and Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. Some leaks also hinted the presence of an Iris Scanner in Nokia 9.

The launch date of Nokia 9 remains unknown as of now. Considering that HMD Global's current flagship Nokia 8 is yet to go on sale in a number of markets, it may take some time for Nokia to come up with their next flagship.
