Pixel 2 specifications leaked
Last year, Google's Pixel smartphones made their debut and that too quite successfully. These devices were not perfect, but then again, they were aimed more towards setting up a foundation for the future Pixel smartphones. Well, today we have some exciting information about the upcoming Pixels.
According to the information received at XDA, The larger of the two(codenamed - "Taimen") will apparently be made by LG and not HTC. It will have a 5.99-inch display with a 1440p OLED panel provided by LG. The phone will sport a smaller 2017-ish bezel, and the storage might top off at 128GB storage model for the top model. The Snapdragon 835 will definitely be there along with 4GB RAM. Although the bezels will be more in line with 2017, the camera setup could be still using a single camera.
The smaller Pixel(codenamed - "Walleye") hosts a 4.97-inch display with FHD resolution. This one will be made by HTC and thus might keep a somewhat similar design to last years. The phone will also feature a Snapdragon 835 with 4GB of RAM, and there is a 64GB of storage option, which is really great to see in a smaller phone.
The Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 will inevitably be great phones and with the Snapdragon 835 and a bezel-less display, there's very little that can go wrong.
