The Huawei Honor 6X is the latest midranger in Huawei's Honor brand , and it seems to standout with those dual cameras on the back , a unique feature in this price range . The device rocks a solid 5.5" 1080p display , which is good , it is however , overtaken by almost all the competition , not by resolution , but by technology . You see , IPS is no longer the best display technology , and has been far over taken by sAMOLED displays , used in Samsung phones .Despite having the 2 cameras out the back of the phone , the pictures are not what you would expect from 2 lenses . The overall picture and video quality is over-hyped , as the secondary camera seems to be more of a gimmick than an actual feature that you would use . The front 8MP shooter does a pretty good job of making you look good in those snapchats , but it's nothing too special in this segment , especially with the likes of the Galaxy J7 Prime in this segment , which is , in my opinion , the best comparison to the Honor 6X .With the in-house Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 655 chipset on board , the 6X performs really good , and never fails to provide a smooth experience while doing day to day things , and offers adequate gaming capabilities .Coupled with either 3 or 4 GB of RAM , it and a 5.5" Display , it offers great multi-tasking , at least , when Nouat gets to it , with it's Multi-Window mode . As I've mentioned in my reviews of other Huawei devices , like the Honor 8 and Mate 9 , th software is rather remeniscant of iOS , especially when you look at the notification shade , and the fact that there is no app drawer . Now that , for many people is a bad combination , since Android lovers love Android for its looks , and iOS lovers like it for it's simpicity and ease of use , and when an iOS like skin is put on Android , it makes for a not so good looking interface , that is not as simple as iOS . The design and build quality of the 6X are superior by many people's standards . For me , I would like the phone better if it wasn't for the dual camera setup . Devices like the J7 Prime offer the same sort of build quality , yet with , in my opinion , slightly better design , and a very elegant black color . With a 3340 mAh cell , the phone performs graet when it comes to battery life , and on average use , it could give you up to 2 days of battery life . charging is not the quickest , at 2 hours to charge from 0 to 100\% , and the J7 Prime beats at that . Well , that concludes my review of the Honor 6X , I hope you liked , and in case you disagreee with me , tell me why in the reply section , and I will see you in my next review .
