So I bought the one plus 3 on September and it isn't stop surprising me in almost every category.
Let's start from the design:
I got the gray one - loved the combination of the gray back with the black glossy screen.
On the right side you'll find the lock button and on the left - the volume buttons and the alert slider; which is huge step towards better user experience but lack of an important thing called - customization. You can bit customize the settings in each position of the slider, but you wouldn't have the chance to decide the basic layout of the button: up for vibrate mode, down for ring mode and the middle for priority mode.
On the bottom you'll find the 3.5mm headphone jack and the USB C charging port. The camera on the back is 16 MP which is fairly good and makes a lot of great shots on daylight. On the front we have the 5 MP front facing camera and the super super - super fast fingerprint scanner. This little thing is just way beyond the competitors - it takes non measurable time to detect your finger and unlock the phone. You can use it even when the screen is off.
The display is 5.5 inch Full HD with screen to body ratio of 73\% which is great. The screen fill up the place in very satisfyingly way and the rounded edges makes it looks like some kind of a jewel. The color of the screen is where things getting a little complicated - for someone who fell in love with Samsung's Super amoled displays I must say it was a bit awkward to getting use to the OP3 warm colors. On the first look everything looks to much warm. The orange and the red are popping in some way and the vibrance and punchy colors are missing. But after week or two you get used to that and you start to understand that these colors are THE REAL colors of anything. The colors not screaming out the blue and the red - they prefer the real red and blue, something that I've learned to appreciate.
Oneplus created a monster. Again. Everything and I mean - everything is just supper fast and snappy. No glitches no hiccups and no crushes whatsoever. The 6GB of RAM getting the job done and you can stay calm and let them manage your open in background apps with no worry for battery life.
Charging and battery life:
I'm surprise that I'm saying that - but that sector is what move this phone from great phone to perfect phone. I'm getting around 5 hours screen on time on daily use (GPS on the way to work, Bluetooth, Facebook, whatsapp, Gmail and Chrome) and around 4.5 on heavy use.
But, as you know, everyone define 'heavy' and 'daily' use - and that is the greatest part: no matter how fast you'll drain your 3000mah battery - the Dash charger will cover you up. It takes only one hour to recharge your battery from 10\\\\% to 100\\\\%.
That is mind blowing. It will completely change the way you using your phone.
Overall I think that is the best phone for the price - 380$ as for today. It can easily stand against any flagship in all categories accept for the camera.
