boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ is the new wireless earphones offering from the company launched in India. These earphones feature neckband design and are said to be ergonomic. The Rockerz 255 Pro+ are in-ear earphones that come with fast charging capabilities, Qualcomm audio technologies, under the hood and also feature IPX7 rating. The latest Rockerz 255 Pro+ comes in three colour variants comprising Teal Green, Navy Blue, and Active Black. These will be available for sale at Rs 1,499 on the company’s website starting from February 12th.

The latest offering from boAt comes as direct successors to the company’s popular Rockerz 255. These 255 Pro+ earphones feature 10mm, drivers, underneath with AAC/SBC/aptX codec support coupled with boAt signature sound as well. The company says that these drivers are expertly tuned for best audio, and a thumping bass experience.
The supported Qualcomm audio technologies include — Qualcomm aptX and Qualcomm cVc. The former promises to reduce latency significantly further keeping the audio and video in sync. The cVc, on the other hand, is a suite of noise-cancelling algorithms equipped on the 255Pro+ earphones to have a better call quality.
On the design front, the Rockerz 255 Pro+ features neckband design with ergonomic fit and the buds are further magnetic, which get attached when not in use. A single button housed on the earphones allows you to trigger your respective voice assistant (Google/Siri). And, there are button controls to play/pause and to adjust volumes. The earphones further come with an IPX7 rating that should keep them protected from water and dust. Lastly, for connectivity, the boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ earphones use Bluetooth 5.0.
The Rockerz 255 Pro+ promise a 40-hour playback or equivalent voice call time (with 40-60% volume levels) — thanks to the built-in 300mAh battery. It comes in with fast charge support that delivers a ten-hour playback with a single ten-minute charge.
