How to contact Xiaomi through WhatsApp

Connect with Xiaomi through WhatsApp

WhatsApp is arguably the highest used instant messenger in India. Thus when it announced a separate WhatsApp Business app it was big news. Obviously, this would open the door for big brands to directly contact their customers through their preferred medium. It’s great to see Xiaomi has been quick to make a move. The Chinese phone maker has yesterday launched itself on the WhatsApp business platform as Mi Bunny. It’s a free subscription service that anyone in India can subscribe to.
