Honor 10: specs and features
The Honor 10 is a special mid-range phone, thanks to its unique Twilight gradient finish, AI-powered cameras, notch design and powerful processor. The phone borrows a lot from the Huawei P20 series and its looks justified each part of it. The panel of the phone is part metal and part glass. It was released in three colours in China – Black, Blue, Gray and Purple. The phone looks quite elegant but slippery. Also, the fingerprint sensor resides in the front-placed home button only.
The device has a 5.84-inch Full-HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 2280p, and 19:9 aspect ratio. Just like the P20 series, the Honor 10 is powered by the Huawei HiSilicon 970 processor with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of ROM. The camera setup on the phone includes a dual setup on the back and a single selfie shooter on the front. The main shooter has 16MP + 24MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. The handset has advanced scene recognition and the AI can now recognize more scenes than what was speculated. The selfie shooter is of 24MP capacity with an aperture of f/2.0.
The Honor 10 runs Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.1 on top and it runs on a modest 3400mAh battery. The battery does come with Huawei Super Charge 3.0. The base variant of the phone is placed at 2,599 Yuan in China and is expected to arrive at Rs 27,000 in India.
