Honor has launched its new smartphone in India, it is called Honor 20i. The new handset from the brand is priced at Rs 14,999. It will retail in the country in 3 colours variants including phantom blue, phantom red, midnight black. The handset will be made out of Plastic. It is said to sport a 7.95mm thickness and Weight at 164 grams.
Display
Talking about the display of the Huawei Honor 20i, it is a 6.21-inches display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. This means the pixel density of the screen is at 415 ppi. It is an IPS panel, which comes with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen-to-body ratio of the device is at 83.31%. The company teases that its display has a Capacitive, Multi-touch, 2.5D curved glass screen, LTPS (Low-Temperature PolySilicon), and 96% NTSC.
Camera
As far as the camera department is concerned, it packs a dual rear camera setup. Where the primary rear camera is of the 24.0MP (f/1.8) and the secondary rear camera is of 2.0MP. There is a third lens with the 8MP resolution, it’s an ultra-wide lens. It comes with a Touch-to-focus, Phase Detection AF Autofocus technology. The rear camera is supported by a LED flash. For selfies, you can make use of the 32.0MP front camera.
Hardware and Software
The Honor 20i is powered by a Huawei HiSilicon KIRIN 710 chipset, which comes with 8 Cores and clocks at 2.2 GHz. It is accompanied by a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage capacity. It will be running on the Android 9.0 Pie based EMUI 9. Note that the external storage is expandable. It comes with a fingerprint sensor. As far as the battery life is concerned, its 3400mAh battery juice claims a day’s life. It has a 10W charging tech.
