Despite the doubtful future of Huawei and Honor, the companies continue to launch their smartphones. The latest entrant into the smartphone world is said to be from Honor, called the Honor 9X Pro. The device is touted to launch alongside the Honor 9X, which will succeed last year’s Honor 8X. And today, we also have a first glimpse into the kind of hardware that the 9X Pro could pack in.
Honor 9X Pro specifications
The Honor 9X Pro could feature a 6.5- or 6.7-inch LCD panel and come with a hole-punch design. This would probably house a 25MP selfie shooter. On the back, you’ll get a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor, and 8MP secondary sensor with wide-angle capabilities, a 2MP sensor for macro photography, and another 2MP sensor for bokeh. Other than that, the device is touted to come with 20W fast charging support, 4,000mAh battery, and 3D glass design.
Honor 9X Pro launch and availability
As of now, there is no word as to when the Honor 9X and the 9X Pro will be launched. That said, considering that the Honor 8X launch took place around September last year, we expect the 9X launch to take in Q3 2019 as well.
