The Honor View 10 has started shipping in India at a price of Rs 29,999

Honor View 10 released in India

The Honor View 10, also known as V10 in China, has officially been released today in India, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain as well. The price of the View 10 in India is Rs 29,999 but the price of the smartphone in the US has not been disclosed. 

Taking a quick recap of the specs of the smartphone, the Honor View 10 comes with the mobile chipset – Kirin 970 and it runs Android Oreo with EMUI 8.0 on top. The Huawei Kirin 970 has an inbuilt NPU (neural-network processing unit) which helps in deep learning and is at the heart of the device. The View 10 will be available in Midnight Black and Navy Blue colours.

Honor P10/P10 Plus have started receiving the beta build of EMUI 8.0.

The phone comes with a custom-tuned Microsoft Translator app which claims to do calculations 3x faster than other Android phones, thanks to its NPU. It also has the capacity for enhanced power saving when the phone is not in use. The smartphone supports 6GB of RAM and comes with 128GB of internal storage. It is equipped with a 3,750mAh battery, which supports fast charging.

The AI-supported Kirin 970 chipset has the ability to understand what you do. It uses its intelligence while you click pictures and makes the photos look better. In the other words, the processor is basically made to support AI primarily. The facial recognition technology will help you in keeping your smartphone secure.

The device has a 16MP + 20MP dual-lens camera setup with f/1.8 wide aperture on the primary lens. It also has a two-in-one PDAF automatic focusing tech.
