HTC U12 can be expected to arrive soon. Recent leaks and rumours have also hinted that the name of the HTC U11‘s successor would be HTC U12+. It may mean some important and substantial update as well. Amidst all this, the specs sheet of the phone has been leaked today. The sheet gives an insight into all the important features of this HTC flagship.
After we saw the front and rear panel of the phone in images, this specs sheet has given us a lot of valuable information. For starters, the HTC U12+ has been mentioned to carry a 5.99-inch display with a resolution of 1440 x 2960p. Now, this means that we can expect the phone to be as bezel-less as a device can be, without losing the earpiece and front camera. The phone is likely to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor.
The HTC U12+ has also been mentioned to carry a generous 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It will run Android 8.1 Oreo. Coming to the camera department, the phone is likely to have dual rear and dual front camera setups. The back panel will see a 12MP + 16MP configuration while the front will have an 8MP + 8MP selfie shooters. Is HTC learning from its competitors after all?
To top it all more elegantly, the specs sheet reveals a presence of 3420mAh battery capacity. The sheet has also given us the expected price of the HtC U12+, that is €799 or Rs 64,000 (approximately). With such specifications, the phone can be a strong competitor of the Huawei P20 Pro and the like in India.
However, we will suggest you take this leak with a pinch of salt, for the company hasn’t specified anything yet. We will keep you updated if any new information surfaces. Stay tuned to Mr. Phone and download our app to get the latest updates from the world of smartphone technology.
