Huawei will release the Huawei P20 as a successor to the P10. We confirmed this news some days ago. The company has now started sending press invites for an event in Paris on March 27. The P20 is likely to launch during this event.
Roland Quandt, a famous tipster, has confirmed that the Chinese firm will release three new phones this year. They will be – Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Plus and Huawei P20 Lite.
In December last year, a report claimed the arrival of three new Huawei phones this year. Electra Consumer Products which imports Huawei devices mentioned about the upcoming P20 line-up at a press conference in Israel.
The P-series by Huawei is known for bringing camera innovation to the world. The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus were launched at the MWC 2017. This year, the arrival of P20 instead of a P11 can mean a major upgrade in the optics department.
Many reports have hinted about the presence of the Kirin 970 Ai-based processor and three rear camera setup on the Huawei P20. The devices are also likely to come pre-installed with Android Oreo.
Evan Blass posted a picture on Twitter which said, “Is the next Huawei P-series going to be an imaging powerhouse? A digital artist at one of the company’s creative agencies added these ‘PCE Series’ ads to their portfolio – claiming 40MP, 3 lens rear (5x hybrid zoom) + 24MP selfie, all Leica-co-developed.”
