Huawei has been on quite a roll for the past couple of months. The company recently overtook Apple as the world’s second highest smartphone manufacturer in 2018. At MWC 2019, the company then launched the Mate X, its first foldable smartphone. While the reviews aren’t out yet, obviously, the device has been garnishing praises all around. However, the company is all set to launch its next flagship smartphone – the Huawei P30. Oh, and its live images just got leaked.
Huawei P30 live images leaked
Ahead of its launch, the live photos of the dummy unit of the Huawei P30 have gone live. Go ahead and take a look. Also, do note that this is the Huawei P30, not the P30 Pro. You can spot the VOGUE branding on the device. However, reports have revealed that Vogue is an internal codename of one of the P30 smartphones. As such, in the final retail units, you won’t find the VOGUE or the LINK branding. Instead, they will be replaced by HUAWEI and LEICA respectively.
As you can see, there’s a triple camera setup at the back followed by a LED flash. The glass back panel of the phone has a chrome finish, but there is no fingerprint scanner to be seen. As such, the smartphone is touted to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. At the bottom of the chassis, you can find the modern USB Type-C port. However, it does not have a 3.5mm audio jack.
Huawei P30 specifications
Talking about the Huawei P30, the device is expected to come with the Huawei Kirin 980 SoC. It will be equipped with an OLED panel with a waterdrop notch that will deliver full HD+ resolution. As shown in the images above, the device will come with a triple camera setup at the back. Apart from that, not much is known about the upcoming flagship from the smartphone.
