Ladies and Gentlemen! Lava has been resurrected, the local smartphone brand has launched its latest affordable smartphone in India Today. The new Lava Z71 is the new smartphone made available online on Flipkart. It is priced at Rs 6,299 and will be available in two colours, Steel Blue and Ruby Red. Let’s talk about the specifications and features of the new phone.

Sporting a 5.7-inch HD+ dot notch display, it comes with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Thus promising an immersive viewing experience. It is running on the Android 9 Pie OS-based interface. Lava teases dual security features, Face Unlock and a rear fingerprint sensor. 

Powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 processor, which clocks at 2 GHz. It’s a Quad-core chipset, which is accompanied by a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card slot. 

Speaking about the camera department, it has dual-rear camera support. The primary lens is 13MP, while the secondary lens is 2MP. The rear setup has support of LED flash for night photography. There is a soft flash available on the front as well. The selfie setup includes a 5MP resolution sensor. 

All this is powered by a 3200mAh capacity battery, which is said to offer a 1.5 days battery life in a single charge.
