LG has announced the new 2018 variants of LG K8 and K10 before MWC. The phones will be revealed at the event in Barcelona and the new variants are laced with an upgraded camera setup. However, a bezel-less design or dual cameras are still not included in the package. The new LG K10 (2018) will release in three variants – K10α, the K10, and the K10 Plus.
LG K10, K10α, and K10 Plus: specs and features
The phones will come with an octa-core processor, the name hasn’t yet been revealed. Along with this, the phone will come with a 3GB of RAM. On the other hand, the other two will have a 2GB of RAM. All the three phones will come with a 5.3-inch display with a resolution of 720p. The devices will also have a battery capacity of 3000mAh.
The LG K10 Plus will arrive with a 32GB of expandable native storage while the other two will carry a mere 16GB of ROM. The phones run Android 7.1.2 Nougat out-of-the-box, a fingerprint sensor and a glossy metal back panel. The LG K10 will also come with a 13MP main shooter and an 8MP selfie snapper. However, the K10 Plus will arrive with a 13MP main shooter coupled with a 5MP selfie shooter. The K10α will carry an 8MP main and 5MP selfie shooter. The shutter speed of the phones has been improved, says the company.

The new version of the LG K8 will come with a 5.0-inch 720p display. The quad-core processor of the phone will carry 2GB of RAM and an expandable 16GB of ROM. The battery capacity of the phone will be 2500mAh. On the optics front, the K8 will carry an 8MP main shooter and a 5MP selfie snapper. The phone runs Android Nougat-based LG’s custom skin on top. The price and availability of the phone are not known as of now.
