The Meizu M6s has finally launched in China at a price of RMB 1,199 (approximately Rs 12,000) for the 64GB variant. The 32GB variant is for RMB 999 (approximately Rs 10,000). Meizu has also launched a new range of cases for the smartphone which are available at RMB 49 (approximately Rs 480).
Specifications of the Meizu M6s
The Meizu M6s has a 5.7-inches HD display with a resolution of 1440 x 720p. The device will be powered by a 14nm Exynos 7872 chipset and to accompany the chipset, there will be a Mali-G71 MP3 graphics processor.
It will run on Android 7.0 Nougat and will pack a 3,000mAh battery. The smartphone will have a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The camera is equipped with facial brightness and an adaptive beauty mode.
The device will sport a fingerprint sensor placed on the side panel. The company claims that the fingerprint sensor can unlock the smartphone in 0.2 seconds. Navigation can be carried on by simple gestures. It is available in Black, Blue, Grey, and Gold colours.
The device will go on sale from January 19 by the Chinese retailers, Meizu Mall, Lynx, and Suning.
