Xiaomi Mi 6X has been leaked again. The device leaked some time ago as well. Since then, we have come to know some more information about it. The phone has leaked in two colours – Black and Gold. The phone is expected to launch with an iPhone X-like vertical dual rear camera setup.
The phone has surfaced on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging website. The Mi 6X will sport a vertical rear camera setup, unlike its predecessor. The Mi 5X, or Mi A1 in India, was launched in 2017. The phone is a mid-range device with a horizontal rear camera setup. It is also a part of Google’s Android One program which focusses on intensifying the usage of internet in emerging markets.
The Mi 6X will carry the fingerprint scanner on its back, like the Mi 5X. The phone is rumoured to run on Xiaomi’s Surge S2 processor. This processor is speculated to launch at the MWC 2018. The phone will sport a 5.99-inch display. It is speculated to be nearly bezel-less and hence will have an aspect ratio of 18:9.
The phone might launch as Mi A2 in India and other countries in the second half of this year.
