Xiaomi has already confirmed 27th March for the launch of the Mi Mix 2S. The device has been leaked multiple times and we already know its major specs and features. A new image leak has claimed the presence of an in-display fingerprint sensor on the phone. However, you must take this with a pinch of salt, for the phone is ‘allegedly’ the Mi Mix 2S.
Mi Mix 2S leaks again but the notch…
The device in the image sports a higher screen-to-body ratio than the Mi Mix 2. The Mi Mix 2S was rumoured to carry the iPhone X-like notch but the leak doesn’t show any such presence on the phone. It has also been revealed that the device will arrive with Full Screen 3.0 design with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device has already been confirmed to arrive with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
The day Xiaomi confirmed the launch of the Mi Mix 2S, the phone leaked to reveal a 6.01-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160p. The leaked screenshot also suggested an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of ROM on the device. The phone was also speculated to run Android Oreo-based MiUI 9.
A 16MP main shooter was also listed, with no news of the front camera. The recent leak is vague and doesn’t show the selfie snapper anywhere. What is Xiaomi planning with the front camera on the Mi Mix 2S? The question persists and we can but wait to see what happens on the launch date. Do you believe in this leak?
