Xiaomi brings its first accessory of the year to India. The new Mi portable wireless mouse has been launched by the brand on its online Mi store in India. The new ultra-lightweight mouse is teased with better ergonomic design and long battery backup. It is priced at Rs 499 and is available in two colors, Black and White.

Offering a 1200 DPI, it claims an excellent tracking accuracy, a smooth cursor control like no other. Xiaomi claims its portable wireless mouse offers best-in-class connectivity. It offers no delay or dropouts, which is the most common complaint among wireless mouse users. Its gross weight is 78g. 

Talking about the battery life, it is powered by a single AA battery. Xiaomi claims it will offer up to 12 months of battery life. Thus, you will have to change the battery once a year only. It has a 5 button functionality, and 2-way scroll wheel. Speaking about the wireless protocols, it works over 2.4GHz private protocol. 

The pooling rate of 125Hz doesn’t make it a wireless mouse to be shopped by a gamer. The brand talks highly about its design, the curves and sides are said to be designed according to the comfortability factor.
