At its Bengaluru office, the company has introduced its foray into the camera business, starting with the new Home Security camera. It is a 360-degree camera built to monitor your home when you’re away from it. This is the company’s new IoT product which will help you keep your house monitor all the time at your fingertips. Xiaomi has finally introduced its first smart camera accessory in India today. For those of you who were rooting for the Mi Action camera, well, it isn’t yet. As the name suggests, Xiaomi is starting with a home-based security camera. It is for someone who wants to monitor daily activities around or inside their house. It comes with a 2MP primary camera, which is rather humble. It has an infrared night vision.

It can record videos in 1080p FHD and offers up to 2X zoom. It supports up to 64GB of expandable storage, which means up to 5 days of full days FHD footage. There is a 2-way audio which allows you to speak to your pets and family member. It can be controlled by a Mi Home app. The price of this 360-degree security camera is at Rs 2,699. It goes on sale from October 10 midnight.
