A couple of days ago a rendered image of the Motorola Moto Z3 Play was leaked where its new design was shown. Today we can confirm it, thanks to some leaked press-images that seem to come from Motorola itself. These are the images that are going to be used by a company at launch event presentation. So there is no doubt in its accuracy.
If you were thinking about buying this device, then, today you can have a preview of its design thoroughly. The images here show us the significant changes coming to the 2018 version. Motorola does not seem to return the monstrous battery to the device, but it will improve the design. Further, the display will sport an 18:9 aspect ratio.
Motorola is one of the few companies that for the moment has forgotten the notch. It’s surprising to learn that Google will bet this year for the notch on the upcoming Google Pixel 3 XL. Despite the Moto Z3 Play is not a high-end mobile, it is expected to offer a premium smartphone experience. If anything highlights the Moto Z Play is the user experience they offer.
What are the expected changes on the Moto Z3 Play?
There are several things to highlight on this Motorola Moto Z3 Play when we talk about design. The first and most remarkable is its screen. Now it joins the 18: 9 screen club without notch. It is a panel with rounded corners and very well used. It is true that in the lower part we see a larger bezel. But there is barely a room available to place a fingerprint sensor. It either means Motorola would be opting for a face unlock feature. Or it may very well come with a fingerprint sensor on a side edge. The in-display fingerprint sensor is very unlikely to be featured here.
The rear has also undergone changes, not so much in the design but in the materials. Now it is covered in glass instead of metal, a more fragile material, but that follows the line of Moto G6, presented a few weeks ago. It continues to maintain support for Moto Mods, something very positive that only Motorola offers in the current market.
When does Moto Z3 Play arrive in India?
On June 6, it will be unveiled in the public. So, on that day we can tell you about it in more detailed manner. It is possible that until mid-June we may not learn about the plans of Motorola India. There is no doubt that Moto Z3 Play will arrive in India, but the time frame is unknown.
