Many already believed that Samsung has spiced up the Indian budget segment market with its Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20. But looks like Samsung is just getting started. There is a fresh rumour in the market that the South Korean giant is all set to introduce an all-new Galaxy A-series in India. There could be three handsets in this series dubbed as Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20, and Galaxy A30.
A report posted on MySmartPrice states that Samsung is gearing up for the launch of this all-new Galaxy A-Series in India. Co-incidently this news came on the day when the Galaxy M-Series, M10 and M20 went on sale on Amazon India. Let’s talk about what to expect from the alleged Samsung series.
Samsung Galaxy A-Series Vs M-Series: What would be different?
Starting with the display, all three rumoured handsets in the Galaxy A-series are believed to sport an AMOLED display, which most of the tech experts calls a better display than a TFT. The M-series offer the LCD TFT display, which might not be as amazing as an AMOLED display. Thus, it could end up appealing the consumers who don’t like to compromise on the display tech on their phones.
Talking further, the battery life, which is teased to be one of the strong points on the all-new M-series. It could not be the case with the Galaxy A-series. As far as the capacity of the battery is concerned, all of them may offer below 4000mAh capacity battery.
Now coming to the pricing, which would be a deal breaker or maker here. Samsung is again trying to give options to its consumers, but it may end up confusing the hell out of the consumers with almost similar pricing. The Galaxy A10 is believed to be priced at Rs 8,490, just Rs 500 extra than the M10. As for the pricing of other handsets, it is not mentioned in the report. But it could be around M20’s price point Rs 10,990-Rs 12,990.
These three handsets in the Galaxy A-series are believed to sport an Exynos 7885 Octa-core processor. While the RAM will progress as the monikers ascend, A10 could have a 2GB of RAM, A20 – 3GB of RAM, A30 – 4GB of RAM. The company is believed to offer a One UI based on Android Pie OS on its alleged Galaxy A-series.
