HMD Global has officially announced the Nokia 6 (2018) in China and the sale will begin from January 10 with pre-registration open from today. The device was launched last year in January and was HMD Global’s first mid-range smartphone.
Specifications of the Nokia 6 (2018)
The Nokia 6 (2018) will be available in two colour variants which are Black and White with golden trims around the edges. The smartphone comes with an upgraded design and innards than its predecessor. Although we have reasons to believe that the Nokia 6 might not feature an 18:9 aspect ratio display despite all the rumours. The device will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will later get an update for Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Nokia 6 sports a 5.5-inches display full HD display and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 octa-core processor. It will be launched with 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage.
It has a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera featuring an aperture of f/20. It will sport a 3,000mAh battery with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, and A-GPS as connectivity options.
Pricing of the Nokia 6 (2018)
The Nokia 6 (2018) will be launched in two variants, the 32GB model will be at a price of Rs 14,600 ($230) whereas the 64GB model will be for Rs 16,600 ($261).
