The one handset from Nokia that everybody was fondly interested to see in India is its X6. After getting launched in China last month, the Finnish manufacturer is going to introduce its new X Series handset in India.

How do we know that? Well, the listing of support page for Nokia X6 has been seen on Indian website of the brand. Which could only mean one thing – Nokia X6 is coming to India. Gearing up to release its much-hyped smartphone, the company shall be announcing soon the official launch date of the device.

For the past couple of weeks, we have been noticing that Nokia X6 has been popping up on various certification agencies across the world. While the handset is believed to be heading many regions, which would mark its international launch. But it is unknown which region would receive it first, or they’ll all receive around the same time.

Nokia X6: Why should you look forward to it?

Because it could be the next best mid-range handset after Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro in the market. While Motorola G6 is also a good contender, but looking at the Snapdragon 450 processor, it fails to compete with Note 5 Pro in terms of performance. Whereas Nokia X6 specifications include Qualcomm Snapdragon 636, the same chipset that’s on the Redmi phone.

Talking further about the specs sheet, it has a 5.8-inch full HD+ resolution with a 19:9 aspect ratio display. In the camera department, it has a support of Carl ZEISS optics in the form of dual camera on the rear. This setup includes a 16MP + 5MP sensor on the rear. For selfies, it has a 16MP single lens with f/2.0 aperture. All this is powered by a 3060 mAh capacity battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support.

Now tell me after looking at these specifications – Don’t you love it! Well, it is indeed hard to resist. But there is one thing that Nokia has to be aggressive about – it’s the price. If Nokia decides on a price tag that’s as aggressive as its specifications. Then, it has the potential to disrupt the mid-range segment in India.
