Nokia X71 with triple rear camera setup launched for Rs 27,000 approximately

Nokia indeed has launched a phone with five rear camera setup, dubbed as Nokia 9 PureView, but this is the company’s first foray into triple rear camera setup. That too offering a 48MP primary lens. The handset that we are talking about is; Nokia X71. The Finnish smartphone maker has officially revealed its latest phone. The handset was revealed in Taiwan and is said to be priced at 11,900 TND, which converts to Rs 27,000 approximately. Let’s talk about the Nokia X71 specifications below. 

Nokia X71 Specifications 

The Nokia X71 comes sporting a 6.39-inch LCD display with full-HD+ resolution. The company calls it a PureDisplay, which is unsure if it’s a proprietary technology or just a marketing term. The chipset you’d see on this one is; Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC. It is accompanied by a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card slot. 

Moving to the talk of the camera department, it is said to pack a triple rear camera setup. The primary lens would be of 48MP resolution, which is teased to be an f/1.8 aperture lens. It’s unknown whether it is a Sony or Samsung sensor. There would be an ultra-wide angle lens (120 degrees) of 8MP resolution. The third lens is a depth sensor of 5MP resolution. The company has gained tied up with ZEISS optics for fine tuning the camera setup. The selfies would be taken using the 16MP f/2.0 aperture lens.

Talking about the features, the fingerprint sensor is available on the rear side. There would be an LED notification light in the power button as seen on the Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 4.2 introduced at MWC 2019. The Nokia X71 would be powered by OZO audio experience and would be running on the Android Pie 9.0 OS. 

The battery capacity of the phone is 3500mAh, which isn’t large, but with the support of 18W fast charging, it could be enough. There is a 3.5mm audio jack. As far as the colours availability is concerned, there is only a single Black-Copper variant revealed. It will be available in Europe for 345 Euro.
