I’m guessing you have checked out what DxOMark by now, and are further reading this article. In case you are a lazy bum, here’s something for you. DxOMark is a website that does camera reviews on DSLR’s and smartphones. Their rating is considered as holy scriptures for photographers, and videographers all over the world.
Apple iPhone and iPhone 8 Plus beat the DxOMark record scores of 90, by scoring 92 and 94 respectively. However, the title for the top camera rating of the iPhone Plus was short-lived. Today, DxOMark announced the rating of Samsung’s Note 8 which ties up with the iPhone Plus at 94.
DxOMark gives Note 8 the title of “The best smartphone for zoom”. However, we’ll get to see if that title sees the end of the light since there’s Apple iPhone X which will definitely give a tough fight to it.
These are some of the key camera specifications taken from the DxOMark’s website.
