The Find X with its Rs 59,990 price tag, is certainly stuff of wet-dreams. But you know it isn’t exactly a cheap device. But what if OPPO was actually making a very affordable version of the same device? Well, if TENAA’s new certified OPPO device is any indication, it could soon be a reality.
OPPO Find X: A cheaper version in making?
TENAA certified a new device by OPPO labelled as PAHM00. And as usual, it posted images of the certified smartphone, and behold! it looks like a curved display device. There’s only one such smartphone this year from OPPO, if we remember well. Sadly, TENAA does spoil the fun for us as it hasn’t listed the specifications of the handset.
The same OPPO PAHM00 was recently trespassed Geekbench and was seen hiding a Snapdragon 835 inside its guts, as per the benchmark. If that is true, this could definitely be a lower-powered lower priced device than the Find X. However, there is also the probability that it skips some features from the Find X and launches a completely new device like Vivo did with the Nex. Right now, this is the first sighting of such an OPPO device and even though we are pretty short on info, we are excited. Then there is the question of availability. Maybe the handset might not make it to international waters. Maybe it might. We wait and see.
The Find X is just a bonkers device and it is a masterpiece from the company. Even though it might not be the best in every area, it truly looks like the most elegant piece of construction OPPO has made to date. We do have a first impression of the Find X specs and features, which you should definitely check out here. And if you’re a specs junkie, head here.
