Today Oreo beta program is launched in the Samsung Galaxy S8. After so many speculations and leaks, it finally has happened. The company announced it in a press release.
It also announced that the “Following Samsung Experience version 8.5, which was released with the Galaxy Note8, Samsung Experience 9.0 is based on the latest version of the operating system built on the Android Oreo UI and UX, and will be available on the next flagship Galaxy device,”.
This Oreo beta program is currently available in three markets including South Korea, US and UK. Though even in these countries every S8 user may not be eligible. Like in US only T-mobile and Sprint customers along with those with unlocked units are clearly eligible. In South Korea, it is limited to carrier-locked units. In the United Kingdom, carrier variants cannot enrol the program.
