Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 will use a 10nm process, says a leak

Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 is by far the most powerful processor for smartphones and there is no denying this fact. This processor can be found on all premium flagship phones and is responsible for a seamless mobile experience. As you might be aware, the next processor by Qualcomm is named Snapdragon 845 and it is launching in December this year. Before the launch, some crucial specs of this integral piece of hardware have been leaked.

Though the other companies are testing out 7nm processes, the Qualcomm 845 will continue with 10nm! Not only the Snapdragon 845 but the other major flagship chips will also be built on the same process.  One major difference between the Snapdragon 845 and Exonys 9810 will be that the former will continue with LPE instead of LPP.

It will have Adreno 630 as its GPU and will be an octa-core processor. There will be four Cortex-A53 cores and the other four will be Cortex-A75.

This flagship chip will arrive with a support for 25MP dual front and back camera sensors, 802.11 ad Wi-Fi and will have an X20 baseband. The Snapdragon 845 will support 1.2Gbps as its download speed and we’re shaken!
