Realme as a brand has followed the ethos of “Dare to Leap” by providing features that could not be found in the segment. Now, with its core ethos in mind, realme launched the realme V5 in China. Realme V5 Specifications

The realme V5 comes with a 6.5 inch FHD+ IPS LCD display and a punch-hole display design on top. This results in a screen-to-body ratio of 90.7%. On top of that, the device also has a 90 Hz display which will ensure smooth scrolling and an overall more aesthetically pleasing experience. In terms of performance, the device is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset with up to 8GB of RAM as well as UFS 2.1 storage.

As for the cameras, the device features a quad camera setup with a primary 48-megapixel sensor paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors for depth and macro. For battery life, the device houses a massive 5000 mAh battery with a 30W fast charger which will ensure fast charging speeds. The device also has 5G support and is equipped with all essential sensors as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Realme V5 – Price and Availability

The realme V5 is only available in China and is offered in two variants- 6+128 GB priced at CNY 1,399 (Rs 15000) and 8+128 GB priced at CNY 1,899 (Rs 20,400). As for colors, the device is offered in silver winged boy, blue and breaking light. It will be available from the 7th of August in China and can be expected to launch in India as the realme 7 or the realme 7 Pro.
