Realme entered into flagship smartphone territory with its X2 Pro powered by Snapdragon 855+, launched last year in China and India. Taking its adventures ahead this year, the company’s Vice President, Xu Qi Chase, has confirmed on Weibo about some specs of the upcoming Realme X50 Pro 5G. Let’s talk about what we learned and what we know so far about this Realme flagship smartphone. 

Realme X50 Pro 5G – What to expect? 

The young smartphone maker is all set for its first-ever MWC presence and it is said to kickstart by its flagship smartphone. The handset in question is likely the one mentioned above. The Realme X50 Pro 5G has been making reports until the Global Marketing President of the company revealed the specs and the name of the phone along with it. 

This Weibo official leak ahead of the launch gives us the idea of what to expect. According to the post, the upcoming Realme phone will be sporting the most powerful Qualcomm processor. The Snapdragon 865 processor-powered Realme smartphone is what you could be seeing soon in the form of X50 Pro 5G. This handset is also believed to be sporting 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. 

Running the 1.0 version of the all-new Realme UI based on Android 10. There are many details missing like camera, display and battery capacity. The company could be launching this with Sony’s 64MP sensor, which is also expected on the Xiaomi’s Mi 10 slated to launch later this month. The company could introduce the X50 looking X50 Pro, which only makes sense. 

The brand’s current key markets include China and India, while with an increased presence in markets like Southeast Asia and the European market. We may see a global variant announcement from the brand at the MWC in Barcelona.
