Samsung has announced its Galaxy M30 launch event for February 27, after the success of its M20 and M10. The Galaxy M series won’t be the only series that will be released with acclaimed aggressive pricing. We recently learned that Samsung is all set to introduce its Galaxy A-series on the very next day, February 28 after the M30 launch. The handsets that we are aware of included Galaxy A10, A20, and A30. While the Galaxy A50 is almost somewhere in the rumour mill.
Samsung Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A90
But it would be the first time that we heard about the Galaxy A70 and A90. Apparently, these two handsets are believed to be the premium offering in the Galaxy A series meant to be launched in India this year. So, far 2019 is shaping to an amazing year for the brand. There’s immense popularity about its M series in the country, the Galaxy S10 is getting ready to be unveiled if you completely ignore the leaks.
And here we are writing about the Galaxy A70 and A90. Talking more about the new Galaxy A-series phones, they’ll reportedly offer new Infinity display tech. But it is unknown whether they’ll have a notch or punch-hole design. Both of these handsets are believed to pack a large 6.7-inch display. It would feature an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, as per the report.
There are certainly more tidbits of information regarding two more Samsung Galaxy phones. I feel quite a skeptic about them, but I feel like I should talk about them and not let our readers suffer from lack of information.
Samsung Galaxy A40 and Android Go phone
The Galaxy A40 is believed to be one handset that could be in the making. It is the first time we are hearing about this handset. It is said to pack a 5.87-inch display, no information about the screen technology, whether it would be AMOLED or LCD.
Further, it looks like Samsung might be working on introducing yet another Android Go edition handset after it officially abandoned the Galaxy J series, which had the Android Go edition phone released last year. A Geekbench listing suggested sporting model number SM-A260F that it will pack Exynos 7870 (Go) chipset and 1GB of RAM.
