Samsung has launched its new smartphone in India, it is called Samsung Galaxy M01. The new handset from the brand is priced at Rs 8,999. It will retail in the country in 3 colours variants including black, blue and red colour.


Talking about the display of the Samsung Galaxy M01, it is a 5.7-inches display with HD+ resolution. It will have an Infinity-V display, which means water-drop style notch. 


As far as the camera department is concerned, it packs a dual rear camera setup. Where the primary rear camera is of 13.0MP and the secondary rear camera is of 2.0MP. It comes with a Touch-to-focus, Phase Detection AF Autofocus technology. The rear camera is supported by a LED flash. For selfies, you can make use of the 5.0MP front camera.

Hardware and Software

The Samsung Galaxy M01 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset. It is accompanied by a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage capacity. It will be running on the Android 10 based One UI 2.0. Note that the external storage is expandable up to 512GB via microSD card. As far as the battery life is concerned, its 4000mAh battery juice claims a day’s life.
