We have been hearing awfully a lot about Samsung’s Galaxy M series phones, the M10, and the M20. I have been a part of the extensive Samsung Galaxy M10 and M20 coverage. So far nothing had me excited for these two phones except for the sub Rs 15,000 pricing or the M20 and under Rs 10,000 for the M10.

Today, we have finally learned that the Galaxy M10 might start at Rs 8,990 whereas the Galaxy M20 could end up retailing at Rs 12,990. All thanks to the 91Mobiles, whose sources were able to confirm this pricing listed above.

Samsung Galaxy M10 and M20 price in India

Taking a cue from Xiaomi’s play ball, Samsung seems to finally understand the requirement of catching up with trends in the sub Rs 15,000 pricing segment. We know that the brand is quite excited to unveil its latest Galaxy M series handsets on January 28. And we believe there is enough excitement level among budget smartphone as well.

Summing up the Samsung Galaxy M20 and M10 specs, these handsets will sport an Infinity-V display design, dual rear camera setup on the rear, and would likely be powered by Android 8.1 Oreo-based user interface. The primary differences would be in terms of the display size, display resolution, RAM, storage, and battery life.

This Galaxy M duo would be replacing the Samsung’s iconic Galaxy J series smartphones, which has been in existence for quite a long as far as the company’s presence in the budget segment goes. The Galaxy M series should bring the required change as the company tries to bring a fresh approach to this pricing segment.

Interestingly, IANS reported that the Galaxy M10 price in India would start at Rs 7,990 and Galaxy M20 price in India would start at Rs 10,990. That’s Rs 1,000 price difference for the M10 and Rs 2,000 for the M20. With such mixed reports coming in, it is better to wait for the launch event which is around the corner as the rumour mill for these phones has been overflowed.
