We might be heading to one of the last launches of the Galaxy Note series, as recent reports have suggested. Well known Korean portals have said that Samsung plans to put an end to a dual flagship strategy and instead of keeping just an all-in-one Galaxy S series that will come in three variants, the third being the one that inherits the S Pen of the Note series becoming its successor. However, while we’re still at it, here are a few live images of the Galaxy Note 9 to make or break your weekend.
Now, it’s well known that Samsung doesn’t aim to do any major renovation with the Note series this year. Neither the design nor the specs are going to blow people away. That is portrayed very well in these new snaps that show what little change that the brand will make. That mostly includes the relocation of the fingerprint reader in a proper place. The other major change is expected to be with the S Pen, recent info suggests. Samsung is making the stylus more useful this year with reports that it will have Bluetooth syncing and remote functions like music control and other stuff.
Besides this, expect the regular upgrade in specifications. The camera might be a good upgrade as Samsung could port the Dual Aperture from the S9 to the Note 9. Also, reports have tipped the battery to be extra large this time around at 4,000mAh, but these usually tend to exaggerate the actual capacity. Also, history says Samsung doesn’t make a big jump in battery capacity usually. That might also be the case here.
