Samsung’s Tenth Edition of the Galaxy S series smartphones is its most anticipated smartphones yet. That’s not us saying, that’s all the rumours going around the device in the rumour mill. And yet again a leak has arrived stating some of the most revealing information. The Samsung Galaxy S10 series is all set to be introduced as early as February 20 and will go on sale starting March 8.
Samsung Galaxy S10 series: pricing, availability, and accessories
This leak first popped up on the Gizmodo UK’s website citing a major tech retailer as its source. The prices of all three Galaxy S10 variants is leaked out. The Galaxy S10 Lite price in the UK could start at GBP 669, which is roughly around Rs 60,500. Whereas the Galaxy S10, the regular model could be priced at GBP 799, roughly priced at Rs 72,000 for the 128GB model and GBP 999 (Rs 90,000 approx.) for 512GB.
The highest variant, Galaxy S10+ could be priced at GBP 899 (Rs 81,000) for 128GB and GBP 1,099 (Rs 99,000) for 512GB. In case you’re wondering if there is a much higher storage model, then you’re in for a treat. There is a rumour that a 1TB model could arrive at GBP 1,399, roughly Rs 1,26,000. Interestingly, this model could be the speculated special 10th anniversary Samsung Galaxy model with 5G connectivity, a massive 6.7-inch display, and a total of six cameras.
Further, as far as the announcement date is concerned, the Samsung Galaxy 10 launch is set to have a dedicated Unpacked event. It could take place ahead of the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2019 on February 20. But the smartphone could be available for pre-order starting March 8. Whereas this availability schedule may very well vary globally.
In a related news, the handset maker is also set to introduce a range of accessories for its Galaxy S10 smartphone line-up. Talking about the list of accessories that have been leaked, it includes Galaxy S10 silicone cover, S-view flip, LED wallet cover, and rugged protective stand. A leather cover is also believed to be in the works but only for a Galaxy S10+ smartphone.
