Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy J2 Pro at a price of $144

Galaxy J2 Pro launched

Samsung is on a roll and now, it has officially launched the Galaxy J2 Pro in Vietnam. The phone is an affordable one and comes with decent specs. 

There is a 5.0-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 540 x 960p. The phone is powered by a quad-core processor, clocked at 1.4GHz. The Galaxy J2 Pro sports 1.5GB of RAM as well. There are two slots for micro-SIM cards and the 2600mAh battery is removable as well.

The main shooter of the phone has an 8MP sensor with an LED flash and the selfie snapper has a 5MP camera sensor, coupled with an LED flash. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat.

Samsung has launched the Galaxy A8 (2018) in Europe as well.

Galaxy J2 Pro

As far as connectivity is concerned, the J2 Pro supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth 4.2. However, the phone doesn’t support NFC and lacks a fingerprint sensor. 

There are three colour options – Black, Gold, and Blue. The device costs VND3,290,000 in Vietnam which roughly translates to $144. It is not yet known when the device will launch in India or anywhere else in the world.
