Samsung brings a one of a kind partnership with BeNow to bring its presence in the offline market. The electronics giant has partnered up with BeNow, to enable millions of consumers to buy their phones online from their local neighborhood shops. This new digital platform called BeNow will help consumers discover the availability of Samsung’s smartphone portfolio nearby.
How to buy Samsung phones online from local stores nearby you?
It’s a deal centric platform, where they have to sign up for this service. For starters, Samsung will share the details of the dealer with BeNow. The dealer then registers on the app using Link shared by Samsung. Once, they are registered and done signing up, they can create the catalogue of the Samsung phones.
As soon as this catalogue is ready, the dealer can share the link with customers via multiple platforms like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more. YOU as a consumer can browse through this catalogue and place the order using the link. The order information is shared with the dealer on the BeNow App. Then, afterward, the dealer will give them all and confirm the deal.
More than 20,000 offline retailers have already signed up for the digital platform that enables consumers to buy Galaxy smartphones online from their neighbourhood stores.
A payment link is generated using the BeNow app. The customer has the option to select various payment methods (cash on delivery, credit card, debit card, easy EMI, etc.) to make the payment. “Upon transaction, both the customer and the dealer get digital charge slips. The dealer gets the Galaxy smartphone delivered to the customer.”, as quoted by Samsung.
A platform like this is a win-win situation for both consumers and dealers. Enabling them to buy from the nearest local shops. In such trying times, despite some relief in lockdown, it is certainly hard for the brand to get back into 100% operations via its regular platforms. So, are you going to use this service?
