Sony is releasing the successors of Xperia XA and XA1 and the devices have been subjected to quite a few leaks. Today, fresh press renders of Sony Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra and L2 have been leaked by the popular tipster Evan Blass.
The company has not made any crucial changes in the design of these low-range and mid-range phones.
The devices are expected to launch at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show 2018 (CES) or in Mobile World Congress (MWC).
The Xperia XA2 has already been leaked on GFXBench and the listing has revealed quite a lot about this phone. The device will launch with a 5.2 inches FHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The XA2 Ultra will come with a slightly bigger 6 inches display.
The phone will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, clocked at 2.2 GHz, in place of the MediaTek processor. The device will come in two variants. The first variant will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM while the second variant will feature a combination of 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
The XA2 will sport a 21MP main camera sensor and a 7MP selfie snapper. The phone will be capable of recording 4K videos as well. The XA2 Ultra comes with an identical configuration of the main shooter and a dual 15MP selfie snappers. Both the phones will run Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box.
The third phone, the Sony Xperia L2, will have a 5.2 inches display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. But this phone will run Android Nougat 7.0 out-of-the-box.
All these phones are not much different from their predecessors but the Sony Xperia XZ Premium 2 will sport the trending bezel-less design with an 18:9 aspect ratio display.
