People relate to Sony with cameras instead of a smartphone manufacturer. That is only fitting as most of the smartphone camera sensors are provided by Sony. At least all the popular ones. The company’s camera sensor business came into highlight when it introduced a 48MP sensor, which is currently rocking on Honor View 20 in India. Now the brand could introduce a 52MP primary lens on its Xperia XZ4.

Sony Xperia XZ4: A 52MP sensor-enabled camera setup!
The Japanese manufacturer could be working on to introduce the highest resolution sensor on its next flagship smartphone. The Xperia XZ4 has been leaked several times, as the renders and 360-degree videos have already made circles in the rumour mill. Now the addition of a 52MP rear camera suggests a beastly camera centric phone.
Not only it could be rocking a single largest pixel resolution sensor, but the brand might introduce a triple rear camera setup. A new leaked image with description suggests that the smartphone maker could introduce a setup of 52MP (f/1.6) primary lens, 16MP (f/2.6) Telescope lens, and 0.3MP(f/1.4) TOF lens.
If Sony could end up introducing this 52MP sensor, then that means the 48MP sensor on Honor View 20 and Redmi Note 7 won’t be the highest resolution sensor anymore. Unfortunately, with such early leaks, it’s hard to tell if they are true or not. Which is why we suggest you take this information with a pinch of salt.

Talking about other features of the Sony Xperia XZ4, the upcoming Sony flagship is believed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, and sports 8GB of RAM. Further, the press renders and a live image leak suggests that Sony could be introducing a 21:9 aspect ratio display. It would be first in Industry as far as the smartphone displays are concerned.
