Oppo’s two upcoming smartphones, the Oppo R15 & R15 Dream Mirror have been teased quite a bit on Chinese social media. A great deal about the phones is already known due to their visit to TENAA. However, the processors powering the duo have been a mystery. Now, a new leak finally confirms the last piece of the Oppo R15 puzzle.

The shiny new silicone is MediaTek’s answer to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC. The Helio P60 is clocked at 2.0GHz and features a dual-core AI chip.

While the Dream Mirror Edition was earlier thought to debut with the Snapdragon 670 SoC, this leak says that it will be a Snapdragon 660 chip. Oppo’s last generation of the R series also featured the same processor, but it seems that the Snapdragon 670 is not ready for the new upcoming Oppo device.

The difference between the R15 and R15 Dream Mirror is mainly in the processor and camera departments. Otherwise, they are pretty much the same device.
