Tecno Spark Go Plus launched in India; specs, pricing, and availability

Tecno has launched its latest entry-level smartphone in India, Spark Go Plus. The new Spark series handset comes with a range of features that are big on delivering, as per the brand. The new Tecno Spark Go Plus comes with a Free Bluetooth earpiece as well, which is worth Rs 799. Plus, you also get three months of Gaana premium subscription for free and 1-time screen-replacement.

Sporting a 6.52-inch HD+ drop notch display it offers 89.5% screen to body ratio. The screen aspect ratio is 20:9, the brightness level at 490 nits, and the resolution of 1600 x 720p. The device comes with 8.4mm thickness, in case you were wondering. 

Powered by the Helio A22 processor, which is a Quad-core chipset, it clocks at 2.0 GHz. It is accompanied by a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. The system runs on HiOS 5.5.2 version based on the Android 9.0 Pie Go Edition. 

Speaking about the camera department, it has a single lens of 8MP on both rear and front. The rear lens has an f/2.0 aperture and is supported by dual flash. The same lens setup is available on the front as well, except for a single flash. There are a variety of modes available including AI Beauty mode, Portrait mode, Bokeh Mode, Front flashlight, and Adjustable flashlight brightness. 

All this is powered by a 4000mAh capacity battery. Talking about the connectivity, it has 3 slots for two Nano-SIM cards and 1 for microSD card. Further, it will have the support of 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. 

Tecno Spark Go Plus – Price in India

The new Tecno smartphone will be available in two colours, Vacation Blue and Hillier Purple. The phone will be retailing in India for Rs 6,299.
