Vivo S1 with Helio P65 SoC set to arrive in India at Rs 17,990

Vivo is all set to introduce an all-new series in India, next month. We have been hearing about a rumour floating around that Vivo S1, which was launched in China, and recently in Indonesia will set to make its entry into India. 

The handset is reportedly arriving in India on August 15. But not that this is said to be the different S1, which was released in China earlier this year. Let’s talk about the specifications and features you should expect on the Vivo S1 that is going to launch in India.  

Vivo S1 Specifications 

Expected to pack a MediaTek Helio P65 processor, the new Vivo series is said to come in two configurations. First will have a 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the second variant that is said to arrive will have a 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.

This Vivo phone is said to offer a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. And it is said to arrive with “Halo” notch design. This notch could house a 32MP selfie camera as well as conceal an in-display fingerprint sensor. Talking more about the camera, expect triple rear camera setup. Where the sensors are believed to be 16MP, 8MP, and 2MP.

Running on the Helio P65, it will be the first phone to come with this processor in India. The handset will be running on the Funtouch OS 9, which will be based on the Android 9 Pie. It is said to be powered by a 4500mAh capacity battery, which will support VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
