Vivo has launched its latest V9 Pro smartphone handset in India today. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer now has a new handset sitting under the Rs 20,000 price segment. The new handset will retail for Rs 19,990, but it is currently discounted at a price tag of Rs 17,990 during Amazon’s Great India Festival, which is when it goes on sale starting October 10. Unlike V11, the V9 Pro doesn’t offer a waterdrop notch but utilises the rectangular notch. This display is a 6.3-inch full-HD+ in nature with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, which is paired with a 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be expanded via microSD card slot up to 256GB.

Talking about the camera department, it packs a dual-rear lens setup where the primary lens is of 13MP and secondary is of 2MP. Whereas for the selfie the handset offers a 16MP shooter. The brand hasn’t shared any details, but these cameras must be accompanied by an AI feature. In terms of the connectivity features, it offers a support of 4G LTE, dual SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. All this is powered by a 3260mAh capacity battery.
