We’ve already seen pretty authentic renders of the Asus ZenFone 5 recently. But just in case that wasn’t enough, new live images of the device itself have surfaced online. Asus will unveil the ZenFone 5 series with half a dozen devices at the MWC. Well, Asus has already sent invites for the event, however, we don’t know how many ZenFone 5 variants we’ll exactly see there. But you can be almost sure, the standard flagship will surely be posing for the camera.
The live image actually concurs to the earlier leak that showed a notch on the top of the flagship. It resembles the Huawei P20 notch a lot. In fact, it’s hard to say if this device is the actual ZenFone 5. However, the bottom bezels which are much thinner than the Huawei models do hint that this is the Asus phone.
Since we’re only treated to the front of the device, there’s little to say except for what’s on the notch. As far as we see, there’s a camera lens and an earpiece on it. Also, the display is supposed to be of the 18:9 variety. Moreover, the fingerprint scanner is likely at the rear of the device as the previous renders have shown.
Besides physical looks, we can expect the flagship device to sport high-end internals such as the Snapdragon 845 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and dual cameras.
Recently, a ZenFone 5 Lite variant also leaked in full which is also expected to be showcased at the MWC 2018.
