ZTE has a sub-brand called Nubia and the company has launched the Nubia N3 today in China. The phone is a mid-range device. This is the first time that the company has launched a bezel-less mid-range phone. It carries a 5.99-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160p. The phone has an 18:9 aspect ratio display and is bezel-less. Well, calling it a bezel-less phone wouldn’t do justice to the ones which truly are bezel-less.
The phone derives its power from the Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. The internal storage can be expanded via a microSD card. The phone also has a dual rear camera setup. However, not much is known about the main shooter on the phone as of now.
The selfie snapper on the Nubia N3 is a 16MP sensor. The device runs Android 7.1 Nougat-based its own custom UI. It is weird to have a phone that still runs Android Nougat, for Android Oreo has been there in the market for many months. The company has also revealed that all Nubia phones will run stock Android and have a support for Project Treble. It is possible for the Nubia N3 to start running stock Android in some time.
The phone will go on sale on 24th March and will be available in three colours – Obsidian Black, Space Gold and Nebula Red. Nothing much is known on the pricing front as of now. We’ll keep you updated if the information surfaces on the internet anytime soon. What do you think of the Nubia N3? Let us know in the comments section below.
